If you have received a damaged or broken item please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include pictures of the defective item(s). Once reviewed, we will mail you a replacement item.
Natural Variations in Candles
All of our candles are poured by hand, using premium ingredients. This can lead to a slight variation in the appearance of products from one purchase to the next.
Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot on the candle jar that looks as if water has seeped in. This is a natural occurrence when candles go through rapid changes in temperature (from a car to a humid mailbox, variation in the winter months, etc). These wet spots will not affect the performance of your candle.
